Air filter cleaning

The role of air filter is to clean the air, but after some time the efficiency of the air filter decreased significantly. Then there are only two methods either you get a new one from the market or the second method is to do some repair. If you purchase the new air filter for air cleaning process then after the usage, its efficiency will decrease again and again. So this is very costly and expensive method. 

The best method is regular service of air filter. The consumption of any equipment increase then it will decrease its filtering efficiency and effectiveness. After regular service says 5 to 6 services its efficiency also goes to decreased then the only solution is to change the old filter with new one. Mostly air filter need some cleaning and again re-oiling every 45000 to 50000 miles. But servicing your air filter is not the tough job it’s very easy. Just follow some simple steps.

Use Cleaner:  

Use some cleaner spray on the filter with this spray all the particle of dust will remove fully with 10 to 15 minutes. 

Use Water Pressure: 

Some water pressure on the air filter from both sides it to flush the dirt out off from the filter. Repeat this step 2 to 4 times until dirt not fully removed from the filter.

Drying filter: 

After the water process is over then allows the filter to dry naturally. But don’t use any kind of oil in it. These are some self-techniques to clean your air filter. But if you want to clean the filter from the market then what you will do?

Inspection Booth: 

On the booth first of all operator will check or determine the entire filter. The inspection booth uses custom kinds of tool with halogen light that allow the operator to easily inspect the problem in air filter.

Operating Station: 

After all the inspection completed then operating station open the filter and clean it properly if it is in cleaning position otherwise the station suggest to the customer the change it with new one. So if you use any air filter then it’s your duty to air filter cleaning regularly and keep it neat and clean.
